Does Fastbud have a storefront or pickup option?

Currently, Fastbud is delivery only.

 

What strains are the prerolls made from?

Our prerolls are made from a blend of top-shelf strains. You can choose from a blend of indica, sativa or hybrid strains. The specific strains used vary by season, quality testing and other factors.

What methods of payment does fastbud accept?

At the moment, we accept cash, Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, Google Pay and Apple Pay only. Card payments are not acceptible for weed delivery. APPLE PAY: you must be able to send the payment through Apple Cash (iMessage apps). We do not have a phone reader. Venmo transactions must be sent as a personal transaction, not business, or you will not receive your order.

Are there any first-time patient discounts? 

Currently we do not offer FTP discounts. Our active promotions will be displayed in the store and at the top of our home page.

I missed my delivery. Can I still get it?

There is a $5 fee for re-delivery/missed delivery. Multiple missed deliveries may result in you being banned from using this service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How much tax will be charged on my order?

Tax is included in the display price. ($7 delivery fee is included at checkout)

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Los Angeles and surrounding areas only.

Do I need a medical card to place an order?

Fastbud is a recreational weed delivery service. You do not need a medical card to order. You have to be 21 or older to order or 18+ if you're a medical patient. 

How long will my delivery take?

Deliveries to locations central to the Los Angeles area typically arrive within 30 minutes. Deliveries to surrounding areas can take up to 1 hour. ETA's are affected by the volume of pending orders.

Can I track my delivery?

After your order is placed, you will receive a text and an email with the ETA as well as other details for your order. For updates on the ETA, just send a text reply and we will give you the updated ETA for the driver.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. Your order is returnable for a full refund until the driver leaves your location. Please check it before you walk away from the driver.
